Halogen On-Target Goal management includes a personal goal page that shows each employee how their individual performance goals align and support the organization's strategy. A performance goal summary communicates overall progress against the current goal plan and can be seen by both employee and the manager.
Halogen eAppraisal allows you to incorporate organizational goals at multiple levels and track relevant milestones or Key Performance Indicators throughout the organization all year long.
